Description

To attend the advanced Laser Training Institute you must be registered and confirmed with tuition paid for yourself and any additional personnel that you plan to bring 6 weeks before the scheduled class that you have chosen. Please contact the institute at 941-792-0355 or download the registration form and FAX your information (941-792-4010) with your request to attend. Dr. Terry Alford or a member of his staff will take your registration information and return your call with your log in credentials to the web site. Upon confirmation you will receive e-mails with details regarding the class, curriculum, location etc. In order to insure that you receive the level of education that you expect only 10 applicants (doctors) are accepted per class.  This allows our staff to adequately prepare for your arrival. This class is an advanced cosmetic (hands on) Laser application class with SOME BASIC TRAINING  to refresh your laser knowledge and allow you to perform advanced cosmetic procedures. It is a must To completely understand the workings and setting of the handpieces and it is our goal for you to understand the proper protocol for safe delivery of any given procedure. We will cover numerous updated cosmetic applications in detail as well as  PBM, Nightlase C3 protocol, Smoothlase, Vectored lifting etc., and some exposure to cosmeceuticals following laser cosmetic applications.  As stated above the class can only accept  a maximum of 10 doctors to keep the student to instructor ratio at the ideal number.  If you plan to bring an assistant you must sign up early to get them a position. Due to the restricted accommodations we can only accept a total of 5 ancillary personnel for the entire class unless there are less than 10 doctors registered. The acceptance of ancillary personnel is on a first come first served reservation basis until full. Cancellation Policy:  If you have circumstances that preclude your ability to attend your selected class,  a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is received at least 4 weeks before the class. If the cancellation is received after the 4 week period then a 5% fee will be accessed.  However, no charge will be made if  you choose to  carry over your registration  to a future class. Our classes are small with limited attendance and it is very difficult to fill a position within a short period before a class.
